Lutefisk with melted butter or cream gravy
Potato sausage
Swedish meatballs

Riced potatoes
Pickled herring
Brown Swedish beans
Rice puding
Lingonberries
Spritz
Rosettes
Kingler
Pepperkakor
Fattigman
Krumkakke
And a bit of Aquavit
The feasting will go on into the evening.
